    Basic means cheap thin mal stitched and flimsy cheap zippers

    Cheap thin hoodie … misaligned loops on hood and that wasn’t by design… flimsy zipper fell apart coming out of packaging .. the zipper bottom pin fell off as I went to unzip it for the first time, I emailed to start an exchange or return still haven’t heard from them going on three days … I get it’s basic but this is cheap not basic
