    Love ❤️ it

    Love the jacket havnt worn it yet because it's getting a little warm.But I did tried it on , fit perfit.I added that one to my collection. Overall I purchase 5 of those jackets and has so many compliments. Please keep up the good work and I shall always purchase your merchandise. BTW the jackets is not the thing i purchase from this company .Please continue and you ll always have my business.

    Frustrated Customer

    Just to be clear the jacket is wonderful, the service is spotty. I received the jacket in a decent amount of time like usual but this jacket runs a bit big so I tried to do an exchange for the size small. Little did I know I’d be met with such a hassle, first the exchange options read sold out across all sizes but when you look the purchase the jacket outright without doing an exchange all size besides the XS are available. I brought this to the customer service and got a response about the exchange and “shop now” system not being linked . Then I was given a measly 15% off for my troubles. I then wrote back to customer service and let them know this isn’t an acceptable solution I should have to pay anything for an even exchange and that was 48 hours ago. MNML is showing me they don’t value loyal customers, they want the money and you are on your own if an issue arrives. Tisk Tisk MNML team
