Chest

Measure the total circumference of your chest at its fullest point, just under your armpit.

Waist

Place your hands on your hips and bend to the side. The indent on your side as you bend is your natural waist. Measure the total circumference at this point.

Inseam

Stand with your feet 6” apart. Measure from the top of the leg/crotch to below the ankle. Or take a pair of pants that fit well and take the same measurement.

Hip

Stand with your feet 6” apart. Measure the total circumference at the fullest point of your hip.

Sleeve Length

With your elbow slightly bent, starting at your middle neck bone, measure to the point of your shoulder and down to your wrist bone. Or take a shirt that fits well and take the same measurement.

    I'm a built guy almost 300 pounds for reference I'm Also 5,9 I got this tee worried it wouldn't fit but as always I wasn't disappointed it fit perfectly little big on the arms and front of the shirt the bottom lining kinda bugs me but it's not unbearable.

    The fit was great. normally wear a medium but these shirts are a bit more boxy and have a good bit of flow so i went to a size s and it was perfect

    Difference in fit

    I got the Black blank everyday t, and the white one. The black fit amazing and perfect, but the white blank fit a good 1-2inch longer than the black one and they’re both a size small.
