Terms & ConDitions
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. mnml's 7th anniversary is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Entrants must be 18 years old or older and live in the United States. Purchase not required for entry.
1.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of mnml are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. ENTRY PERIOD
2.1. The Giveaway entry period begins on October 3, 2023, at 12:01 am PST and ends on October 6, 2023, at 10:59 am PST.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must subscribe to both E-mail and SMS communications from mnml.
4. PRIZE
4.1. The prizes for the Giveaway are as follows:
- One $1,000 e-gift card for mnml.la delivered via email
- Ten $100 e-gift cards for mnml.la delivered via email
- On 10/6/2023, all content participants will receive a one-time use discount code for 25% off sitewide. Terms and conditions apply.
4.2. The non-transferable prize may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. WINNER SELECTION
5.1. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries received during the entry period.
5.2. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours after the Giveaway's end date of 10/6/2023.
6. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
6.1. The winner must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim the prize.
6.2. If the winner does not respond within the specified time or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.
6.3 The name, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to mnml if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
7.1. By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow mnml to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content (such as photos or testimonials) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7.2 The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of mnml after the winner has been selected.

8.1. Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with mnml's Privacy Policy
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
9.1. mnml reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway anytime.
9.2. mnml is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website or platform malfunctions, that may affect entry or prize distribution.
9.3. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
